Grant Writing

NRT partners with the Northern Development Initiative Trust (NDIT) to provide funding for grant writer positions within First Nation communities in the Southern Interior, Kootenays, Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. Through this initiative, each year, $7,500 in rebate funding is available to eligible First Nations who hire a locally-based grant writer.

NRT has allocated a total of $250,000 for this initiative in 2011-2012.
