Employment Incentive

Employment Incentive funding is available to First Nation communities and organizations so they may hire a First Nation summer student in the field of his/her study.

NRT allocated $500,000 to this initiative in 2011-2012. A maximum of $7,500 is available per position.

Employment Incentive funding for 2011 has been fully awarded and the application process is now closed.
